Capital West / Thames Water - the architects masterplan
The following image is two of the architects images joined together to show both sites in context with one-another.

This whole site is designated 'M11' in Hounslow Council planning references and when originally approved by the council included the St George's Church. The Church was later excluded from this plan and became subject to it's own plans and applications to redevelop. We understand our section to be called Capital West but it is referred to in the council documentation as the British Gas site. Therefore the correct terminology for the M11 masterplan, is it encompasses the British Gas and Thames Water sites.

Whilst one architect has been responsible for the masterplan two developers are responsible for construction. Barratt West London have constructed the Capital West and affordable housing component on the right of the entry to Holland Gardens and St James are to construct the Thames Water site buildings.

The overall plan of both the Capital West and Thames Water sites
inclusive of the hotel and the new Music Museum buildings.

The public right-of-way can clearly be seen running from above the
hotel to the left, behind St George's Church between the Buildings
1 & 2 of Capital West, carrying on east where it will lead all the way
down near to the entrance to the Steam Museum where it will join
up with Kew Bridge Road.
