Image library detail This whole site is designated 'M11' in Hounslow Council planning references and when originally approved by the council included the St George's Church. The Church was later excluded from this plan and became subject to it's own plans and applications to redevelop. We understand our section to be called Capital West but it is referred to in the council documentation as the British Gas site. Therefore the correct terminology for the M11 masterplan, is it encompasses the British Gas and Thames Water sites. Whilst one architect has been responsible for the masterplan two developers are responsible for construction. Barratt West London have constructed the Capital West and affordable housing component on the right of the entry to Holland Gardens and St James are to construct the Thames Water site buildings.
