First apartment sells in Capital West

A milestone date as completion takes place on the first property in the Capital West development is sold.

Sales in Capital West get under way with not one but four properties in Building 1 completing on this day in 2001.

A steady stream of sales continued and 3 days later another three apartments completed including the first in Building 2. The next day another six apartments completed.

With a total of thirteen apartments completed within 6 days it was clear that off-the-plan developments were more than an acceptable concept in the UK property market.
