Road markings point the way

Some 10 months after hand over from the developer the council finally mark up the road outside Holland Gardens.

Having only one entry and exit point to / from Holland Gardens has been challenging for not only residents but also passing traffic as we have attempted to exit and enter Holland Gardens safely.

This has all been made a little easier by the impending installation of traffic lights at the newly installed pedestrian crossing outside Building 1 on Brentford High Street.

Furthermore, the painting of road marking for this new crossing along with a feeder lane into Holland Gardens from the east will assist traffic flow and ease the burden of holding up all traffic whilst attempting a right turn into Holland Gardens.

Well done Hounslow Council, if only a little slow on the installation. Perhaps they were waiting for the outcome of the council tax tribunal before committing the spend on the road markings...
