Capital West gets a new property manager

- 17-Oct-2005
The property managing agents, Pemberton's, have reallocated our property to a new property manager.

Pemberton's have hired a new person to manage Capital West, replacing Irwin Alvisse who has looked after the property since first being handed over to Pemberton's by Barratt the developers in August 2003.

Geraldine Shortall, MD of Pemberton's stated:
"I would confirm that Peter Joyce is joining this company on 17th October 2005 and, after suitable induction and handover from Irwin will take responsibility for day to day management of HG (and Temeraire Place and others). Peter has been in residential property management for a very long time and I have no doubt of his experience, background and expertise. On his being taken round the site and forming line management with Antonio, my I suggest any meeting with the Committee is left until he has assimilated all necessary."

Mr Joyce will make his first visit to the property this coming Wednesday.
