Graffiti tags finally get removed

The graffiti tags down the back of Building 2 start to get paiinted over today.

The tags 'Cope' and 'Pyro' appeared over a few nights way back in the first week of February.

After many protracted face-to-face meetings and electronic discussions over the issue it appears the paperwork has now allowed the painting to go ahead and we shall finally be rid of the patched paintwork around the back between the car park entrance and exit.

Items that have helped to take so long to resolve this are:

• misinformation between the developer and the insurance company regarding the type of paint used
• change of property maintenance company at the insistence of the Residents Committee
• change of property manager at the new property maintenance company
