Filming for an infomercial takes place in Capital West

- 31-Oct-2005
A short stint of filming took place around the development today for a well known charity.

Capital West again proved to be an ideal location for filming when we were approached by a production company making a short film for the NSPCC.

Three residents kindly agreed to the use of their apartments in the filming - two having to remain 'lights out' and the third, sandwiched between the other two, had extra lighting installed for the shoot to enhance the amount of light eminating from the centre apartment.

Shooting took place from the podium of Building 1 looking at the three apartments in Building 2.

The not so good news is the production will not be made public - it is for an internal NSPCC promotion. Nonetheless, thanks go out to the residents who contributed either their efforts or resources to allow the filming to take place, assisting the charity in keeping production costs down.

Editors footnote: It is not the first time filming has taken place here - see the previous news item here.
